By the end of 2010, the surface dedicated to high-end shops in Guangzhou will have increased from the current 360,000 sqm to nearly 1 million sqm.

The first F2F (Factory to Family) electronic household appliance store 'Mocbac' (摩卡巴卡) opened in Victoria Plaza in Guangzhou Tianhe District on July 31st.

This direct sale strategy can bring prices down by about 40% compared to traditional retailers. Mr. Yang, the president of Mocbac said, "the main products on sale are electronic kitchen appliances.
